Who processes the data
The controller is the Provider; details and contact e-mail are on the “Contacts” page.
What data and why

We do not receive or store bank card data: it is processed by the payment provider on its own checkout page under its own policy.
Contents of Client systems that the Provider accesses to complete an order are processed only within the order’s scope and not used for other purposes.
Legal bases
Contract performance (order, console), legitimate interests (security, abuse protection), legal obligations (accounting), consent (site request form).
Recipients
Payment providers (to the extent needed for the payment), hosting and infrastructure providers (data is stored on their servers), AI model vendors — only when part of an ordered service and agreed with the Client. Data is not sold.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising trackers. The console uses only strictly necessary session cookies. If analytics is added, it will be described here before being enabled.
Your rights
Request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent or restrict processing — by e-mail to support. We reply within 30 days. Data we are legally required to keep (payment records) is deleted after the statutory period.
Security
Access is role-restricted; secrets and keys are stored separately from data; network transfer is TLS-only. We notify about incidents affecting your data without undue delay.

A new version is published on this page with a date.
